Appointments must be booked in advance.
Please arrive on time. Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For no-shows, appointments where the client does not arrive and does not contact us, will be charged 100% of the service price.
Owners must inform us of any health issues, allergies, injuries, or behavioral concerns.
Aggressive dogs may not be accepted.
While every care is taken, grooming is done at the owner’s risk.
Bimba’s Doggy Salon is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or reactions that occur due to grooming (such as skin irritations, matting-related issues, or stress-related behavior).
Payment is due at the end of each appointment unless otherwise agreed.
Prices may vary depending on coat condition, size, and behavior of the dog.
